Ever since I can remember, I been popping my collar…okay, not really, but I have always been pretty outspoken and opinionated. I’ve always thought about starting my own blog but always had reservations.  But the past few months, watching my closest girlfriends follow their passions and build their brands, I knew it was time for me to follow my passion as well.  I’ll be using this as a platform to share some of my favorite things with you all; Fashion, Food, and Adventures.  Just like my girlfriends inspired me, I hope this blog inspires you, too!  

Trinket of Gold is a blog dedicated to all the things I love; adventures both around the globe and local, restaurants and recipes, and beauty and fashion on a budget.  The name is inspired by my nickname, given to me by my maternal grandmother and homage to my South Asian roots.  I’m a bargain shopping thrill seeker, an aspiring baking aficionado, and lover of adventure and this blog will focus on those things.
